Warranty and Repairs

We offer free repairs on all Beautiful Noise Effects pedals . This covers parts and labour.
The only cost to you is shipping the pedal to and from our workshop in Australia, (Including any additional taxes and tariff costs).

Before requesting a repair, you must try these troubleshooting steps first:

  • Try the pedal on its own, without other pedals in the signal chain. (This has to be done with no other pedals connected in the chain, not just bypassed. They need to be physically not connected in the signal chain).

  • Test the pedal with at least two different instrument cables.

  • Test with a different power supply (9V DC, centre-negative, pedal-appropriate current rating).

  • Test with a different amplifier.

  • Test with a different guitar or instrument.

Many issues are caused by cables, power supplies, or other equipment rather than the pedal itself, so it’s crucial to rule that out first before sending me the pedal.

If the problem continues:
Fill out the contact form below with a clear description of the issue, including:

  • What the pedal is doing (or not doing).

  • When the issue started.

  • Your signal chain and power supply details.

  • Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

We will help diagnose the problem and arrange a repair if needed.
